In addition, he recently served as managing director and chief marketing officer of consumer & commercial practice at Marsh & McLennan, a leading professional services company.

Don Neal has spent the past 25 years building profitable businesses in consumer and business-to-business markets in industries such as automotive, retail, financial services, and media among many others. Don Neal also served leadership roles at Omnicom's Rapp Collins Worldwide office in New York; was CEO of Focalpoint Marketing Inc., and cofounder of Hallmark Cards Loyalty Group. Don Neal has served on the faculty of the American Marketing Association, the Bloch School of Business, the Direct Marketing Association, and the National Center for Database Marketing. Don Neal is an internationally recognized speaker, serves on the board of SageFire and is a prominent figure in the Washington DC non-profit community.

His experience includes the design and implementation of integrated advertising, marketing, technology, loyalty and sales processes based on a customer centric strategy. While at Rapp Collins Worldwide, Don Neal led the strategy and planning for Mercedes Benz, Exxon Mobil, Reuters, and Kaiser Permanente.
