Prior to joining the Washington, D.C. based firm of Alston & Bird, Colin Roskey served as the health policy adviser and counsel to the Senate Finance Committee, where he worked on a small team responsible for Medicare and Medicaid policy development that culminated in passage of H.R. 1, the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003.
