Hal Bruno

Hal Bruno has covered every presidential election since 1960 and is one of the nation's preeminent political analysts. He is responsible for the planning and editorial content of political news on ABC television and radio networks and makes frequent on-air appearances. He is also the host of Hal Bruno's Washington, a weekly interview program on the ABC Radio Network. His career in journalism has included both broadcast and print reporting. For 18 years, he served in such key roles for Newsweek magazine as reporter, foreign correspondent, bureau chief, news editor, and chief political correspondent. Millions of Americans remember him as the moderator for the 1992 vice-presidential debate.
