Kenneth Harvey

Ken Harvey was recently named as one of the Washington Redskins 70 Greatest Players. Harvey is a four time Pro Bowler (1994-97) and was the first Redskin to lead the NFC in sacks, with 13.5 during the 1994 season. He finished with 89 career sacks. Harvey grew up in Texas and says sacking Cowboys' quarterbacks like Troy Aikman were extra special. Harvey serves as President of the Washington Redskins Alumni Association and works on post-game shows for Comcast Sports. Additionally, he works with the Central Union homeless shelter. Following his football playing days, Harvey wrote children's books and was a spokesman for drug awareness programs. He currently works for Ikoya, a Virginia-based television and film production company. Harvey speaks on sports, motivation, leadership issues, teamwork, and children's issues.
