A successful candidate will also…
- Manage client relationships and contracts to ensure delivery of exceptional service
- Manage the production planning process and necessary assets (production timelines, show flow and scripts, room diagrams, project binders and other support documentation) for live events, meetings and/or trade shows, webcasts and/or video production for internal and external clientele
- Develop and add expertise to each client production by maintaining prompt scripts, running and/or cue sheets, and production check lists for onsite management and archive purposes
- Manage the onsite execution process for internal and external events to include artistic direction and show-calling for video shoots and live events
- Manage the follow-up process for the contracted event
- Oversee and manage live / web casting production process for various events
- Be proficient in MS word, Excel, internet file sharing and possibly have the ability to work in CAD, Meeting Matrix, Google Sketch to produce drawings and room diagrams
- Work closely with all members of the LAI internal teams including Video Editors, Project / Production Managers, Creative and Technical Directors, Sales and Marketing Professionals, Accounting and Financial Professionals and Executive Management to develop or complete various projects
This candidate should also have…
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Media and / or Video Production, Stage or Event Management or equivalent work experience in the above to include special event and trade show management
- At least eight (8) years work experience, preferably in a fast paced production, entertainment and / or event environment
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- The ability to juggle multiple projects successfully while adhering to stressful situations and tight deadlines
- Be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Be able to provide exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work long hours with an irregular schedule including weekends and holidays
- The ability to travel up to 40% of the time

Moery/LAI is seeking a Business Development Associate support the team with multiple aspects of the association membership, sponsorship and special fundraising sales process. The Sales Associate will assist in managing client relationships, performing outbound calling and prospecting work, scheduling meetings, maintaining the customer database, preparing value proposition analyses and closing sales. The Associate will work collaboratively and strategically with the MoeryLAI team to define and identify target markets and build the prospect universe.

The position is available to be preformed from home, with the occasional need to be in the MoeryLAI offices or client’s offices.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have 5+ years of related sales experience
