The Event: CBA Live 2010
The Challenge: In 2010, the Consumer Bankers Association merged 8 separate conferences into one high impact event—CBA Live 2010. They wanted to create a unified, memorable event and build the CBA brand, while still offering their members great networking opportunities and regulatory insights into the banking industry. And with a new CEO at the helm, CBA was open to trying something new.
The Solution: On-site video. CBA turned to the Leading Authorities production team to add excitement to the new event by shooting and editing fresh video packages for each day of the event. A cameraman and producer covered the conference, interviewing attendees, and asking questions to generate commentary and feedback about the conference. An editor cut the raw footage into fast-paced short films overnight, using high impact shots of the great hall and trade show floor, conference logos, and lower third graphics to ID attendees in the video. Then, hot off the edit deck, the videos kicked off the general session meetings.
