The Event: Associated Equipment Distributors’ (AED) 2011 Annual Summit
The Challenge: How do you give your sponsors more brand visibility during a sophisticated evening reception? How do you maximize your decorating budget to make the most impact?
The Solution: At the end of their event, AED wanted to hold a sophisticated evening reception, but their sponsors also needed more brand visibility. To resolve both goals, Leading Authorities’ production team supplemented the standard hotel tables and chairs with versatile, lighted furniture. Each piece was functional but also provided an opportunity to display the sponsors’ logos. We used gobos to project their logos onto the walls of the ballroom, as well. AED’s sponsors were blown away by the “wow” factor, and the attendees had a great time. Check out the pictures below:
