Please join Leading Authorities and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on November 8th, 2012 for this years’ post-election Association Lecture Series featuring Charlie Cook, editor and publisher of the Cook Political Report and columnist for the National Journal, and Stuart Rothenberg, editor and publisher of the Rothenberg Political Report and columnist for Roll Call. Two of Washington's most respected and prolific political analysts, Cook and Rothenberg will analyze the 2012 presidential election results, what that means for Congress and what political trends we should expect to see in the upcoming year.

For years, Charlie Cook has been one of the foremost prognosticators measuring, analyzing, and predicting the future course of American politics. Few names inside the Beltway get as much respect and few voices are heeded as much as his. In the years he’s published the Cook Political Report, he has become a frequent commentator for media outlets, association events, and people who follow Washington. His record predicting election results are second to none, providing the public with a glimpse of the political future.

Stuart Rothenberg has his finger on Washington’s political pulse. As the editor and publisher of The Rothenberg Political Report, a biweekly newsletter that reports on and analyzes governmental developments that affect the country today, Rothenberg is the go-to authority on the U.S. House, Senate, gubernatorial, and presidential elections. His penchant for presenting droll and unbiased observations, paired with his exceptional knowledge of American politics, captivates audiences with insightful, often humorous discussions about election results, the issues facing decision makers on Capitol Hill, and the nature politics itself.
