Over a 20 year period, Deborah founded, built and sold a wholesale international manufacturing and distribution business.  She designed, negotiated and closed multi-million dollar deals with some of the toughest buyers in the world including Costco, Toys-R-Us, Wal-Mart and the Walt Disney Company. Her achievements have been recognized with numerous awards.

Shaw is a board member of the non-profit organization, Count-Me-In for Women's Economic Independence, serves on the Office Depot Women’s Advisory Board and serves on the PepsiCo Hispanic Advisory Board where she is the external Chairperson for $1 Billion dollars in minority and women’s procurement. 

Shaw is a graduate of Barnard College and lives in New Jersey and has three college age sons.
