Jim Harris

Jim has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the fields of management strategy, business innovation and organizational development. He is an international bestselling author.

Jim Harris's most recent book, Blindsided! was published in 80 countries worldwide and is a #1 international bestseller having hit the Financial Times of London's (European edition) top position for business books. Jim's second book, The Learning Paradox, was nominated for the National Business Book Award and there are now over 40,000 copies in print. Jim also co-authored the national bestseller The 100 Best Companies to Work for in Canada - which sold more than 50,000 copies. From 1992-1996 he represented the Covey Leadership Center - teaching Dr. Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People to clients.  

Jim is the former leader of the fiscally responsible Green Party of Canada. Under his leadership the party increased voter support, membership, potential voter pool and budget 7X, 14X, 45X and 100X respectively over a three and a half-year period, to a point where in 2006, 35% of all Canadian voters were considering voting Green and 20% say they are likely to vote Green.
