Bailey's expertise in leadership, sales, and customer service was honed over two decades with Hyatt Hotels, the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Walt Disney Company. Bailey holds a master's degree from Faith Christian University, which also recently awarded him an honorary doctorate for his global impact.  

Bailey was named Central Florida's Man of the Year in 2000, and was recently named Speaker of the Year by the San Diego, CA chapter of Meeting Professionals International. He serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including the Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation and the Foundation Board for Health Central Hospital, a $130 million Central Florida hospital with 1,500 employees.
