Live Focus Groups: Real, Live Insights.
Engage a dynamic thought leader to lead a stimulating, imaginative, and compelling presentation that includes participants from 3 to 4 opposing or complimentary viewpoints—think Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y; or manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and consumer together on stage. While the panel demonstrates their difference in thinking, the moderator details background information and continues to provoke discussion and create an understanding with practical implications for the audience. The audience participates throughout by answering both questions that they received in advance and questions posed on the spot to provide a baseline for the discussion and present new ideas. Because they interact anonymously through the response system, the audience is also able to ask the group questions and garner valuable feedback on issues important to their business that they may not feel comfortable broaching in front of their peers. This gives the facilitator the freedom to approach more controversial questions in a safe environment and allow the focus group to do what it does best—share their experiences and opinions for the benefit of the audience.
