EA to the COO / Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the chief operating officer to include scheduling, correspondence, research, data analysis, and day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Manage communication between management and employees, ensuring key conversations continue and projects remain on time
  • Manage meeting preparation and keep schedules running on-time
  • Assist in marketing event pre-planning activities as needed. Attend events to assist with set-up, registration, and other activities
  • Provide data and analytic support to digital marketing staff
  • Develop materials to support sales staff
  • Create content for website and social media outlets
  • Create and maintain weekly analytic reports

Marketing Data Coordinator

Leading Authorities, Inc., a top speakers bureau, video agency, and event production company, is seeking a Marketing Data Coordinator with a sharp mind for email marketing and analytics. You will join a collaborative team of marketers to generate leads and grow our client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will become an expert on our data and email platforms and manage data analysis projects that guide business decisions and help the company grow. Day-to-day duties will include improving our data capabilities, customer audience segmentation and email plan execution, performance metrics measuring and reporting during weekly marketing meetings.

SALES COORDINATOR

In this role, you will support our sales staff by conducting research into new talent and clients, entering new contacts and opportunities into the database, working on contracts, and helping our team with other tasks as assigned. This is an entry level, Speaker Agent support position that is a steppingstone to a position in sales, marketing, or events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work primarily with our Marketing Content Manager (and with the Web Marketing Manager, Manager of Data & Digital Marketing, and VP of Marketing on other assigned projects)
  • Write, edit, and proof content for marketing content for web, blogs, search engine optimization, social media, print, and events
  • Research the latest LAI exclusive speaker news and identify opportunities for leveraging on web, social media, and other marketing channels

ACCOUNTING INTERN

Leading Authorities, Inc. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our staff. In this role, you will gain experience and learn essential industry skills by assisting our team with accounts payable and receivable, and other projects for clients. You will help ensure our records are accurate and timely. The Accounting Intern will perform administrative duties, such as data entry and electronic filing, among other duties. This role is open to students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, although we may consider recent graduates.
