If your 2018 wasn’t everything you’d hoped it would be, author of Extreme You and former Nike, Gatorade and Flywheel executive Sarah Robb O’Hagan has some advice: Use down time to fuel your climb back to the top of a new mountain. She offers a short “to-do” list of three ways to get 2019 going in the right direction, including how to get started when you don’t yet know your destination. “Make a commitment right now to accomplish some important steps in January,” Sarah says. “It doesn’t matter what it is, just start moving!!
