An ex-policeman and Former England National Team Rugby Player, Martin Bayfield was one of the tallest players in rugby at 6'10'. Throughout his international career, he won 31 England caps and two Five/Six Nations Grand Slams. Bayfield prematurely retired due to an injury, but that did not stop him from being the center of attention as he was on the field. He took centre-stage at corporate events and prestigious functions, and has also gone into broadcasting by commentating for the BBC and Radio 5Live, hosting Five's NFL coverage as well as The World's Strongest Man and covering the Rugby World Cup 2011 for ITV. 

Alison Mitchell, Award-winning BBC Broadcaster and the first woman to provide international cricket commentary for ABC Grandstand in Australia
Being an award winning broadcaster and journalist are not the only achievements on Alison Mitchell's list. She also became the first woman to commentate regularly on the BBC's Test Match Special, as well as the first woman to provide international cricket commentary for ABC Grandstand in Australia. Perry McCarthy, Ex-Formula One Driver and the original “Stig” on BBC’s Top Gear
At the young age of 18, with no racing experience or cash, Perry McCarthy had a passion for the world's most expensive sport: Formula 1. Living his motto "Whatever it takes", Perry tells an inspiring story of his journey to achieve his dream. McCarthy started with working on North Sea Oil Rigs for two years in order to fund the start of his journey to the Grand Prix. Although there were times of adversity for Perry McCarthy, his determination and will never let him give up and eventually he made his dream of becoming a Grand Prix driver true.

Thomas Castaignede, French Rugby player and business speaker
Castaignède came into the world of Rugby with authority in 1995 with a last minute drop goal, defeating England in the Five Nations. Once done with Rugby due to injuries, the thinker and clear communicator became a columnist with The Guardian for over six years and is a regular on media platforms such as the BBC and Sky. Castaignède has an engineering degree, but currently works in finance. He is often requested to give key not talks or sit on question and answer panels.
