US Trade Representative in Asia

We wanted to let you know that Ambassador Michael Froman, former U.S. Trade Representative, will be travelling to Japan in late March. If you have an event around that time that Ambassador Froman would be a fit for, he will be open to accepting dates at a reduced fee.

Ambassador Froman served as U.S. Trade Representative through 20 January of this year. Before his appointment, he served in the White House as Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economic Affairs. He was also U.S. Sherpa for the G20 and G8 Summits, and staffed the President for the APEC Leaders Meetings. He has experience working on Wall Street in several executive roles for Citigroup.
