For our first dinner of 2018, we invite you to sit down with featured guest speaker, Jake Harriman.
Jake is the founder of the NGO Nuru International. Nuru works in war-torn regions to empower local leaders to pull their communities out of extreme poverty. After completing four tours of duty and getting an MBA from Stanford, he launched Nuru, which now operates in Kenya, Ethiopia, and is in the process of expanding into Nigeria.
One of the most impressive young leaders of his generation, Jake’s talk focuses on the importance of servant leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Here is video of Jake speaking to Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush when he served as the speaker for his Presidential Leadership Scholars class graduation.
Trust us, you will enjoy hearing Jake’s story and spending an evening with him and other high level executives. Hope to see you there.
