Voss is the author of “Never Split The Difference – Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It” and the CEO of The Black Swan Group. The Black Swan Group is a business negotiation coaching/advisory firm that gives individuals and businesses competitive advantages in business negotiations using hostage negotiation strategies. Chris was the FBI’s lead international kidnapping negotiator from 2003-2007.Voss has worked on over 150 kidnapping worldwide from the Middle East to Haiti.
