Speaking

  • Visit With Our Team
The goal of this meeting is for our sales and marketing teams (approx. 30 people), to better understand how to market and sell you effectively. At the end of it, we want them to be able to describe topics you are passionate about, get a feel for your style, and genuinely get to know you. To do this effectively, we suggest you give a highlights version of your talk, apx. 20-25 minutes, use visuals if you intend to use them in a speech, tell us your best story, funniest jokes, and treat the meeting much like you would a paid opportunity. Following your presentation, we will do 5 – 10 minutes of Q&A.
  • Prepare your at-home setup – If you're struggling with your at-home setup for virtual events, check out our 4 step guide to shooting videos at home

Feedback & Coaching

Speakers often ask to receive audience and team feedback in order to improve their presentations and garner more business. LAI will attend some of your early speeches and provide you with feedback. In addition, our video editors and producers from LAI Video and LAI Live are available to assist you with any graphic or virtual event support you may require.

Additionally, if you would like more tips on how to improve your virtual stage presence, Sekou Andrews has a great guide on digital stage training.
