At just 37 years old, Kevin O’Connell has played in the NFL, dabbled in broadcasting, and transitioned to head coaching in the NFL, earning a Super Bowl ring as an offensive coordinator and recently completing his season as a head coach for the Minnesota Vikings. Starting his professional career as an NFL quarterback, O’Connell was Patriots’ head coach Bill Belichick’s earliest quarterback selection in any NFL draft. Shortly into his first season playing for Belichick, O’Connell recognized his innate desire to coach. Having now worked with a wide range of players, O’Connell is incredibly well-seasoned in both life and career experiences. “He has always used every opportunity to get better, study the game, and improve his own abilities so that he could use that to encourage, motivate, and better those around him,” says his wife, Leah. Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur began his coaching career by breaking the NFL record for most wins (39) by a new head coach in his first three seasons. LaFleur has proven his ability to build trust and unity amongst the team, which has been fundamental in the Packers’ success. On top of breaking records as a first- year head coach, he has been given tremendous praise throughout the media; ESPN broadcasters described him as the “undoubted coach of the year” in 2022 and arguably the “Packers’ Most Valuable Weapon.” Coach LaFleur has been called the glue of the Packers organization; his commitment and passion for the team is undeniable. Since stepping in as head coach, he quickly garnered full support and cooperation from former Packer’s quarterback Aaron Rodgers. His relationship with Rodgers allowed Green Bay to whole-heartedly appreciate his dedication to the team and fully embrace him as coach. LaFleur’s winning percentage of .796 has been the best in NFL history - better than both Curly Lambeau and Vince Lombardi. LaFleur was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, Michigan and played both quarterback and wide receiver at Western Michigan University before transferring ton Saginaw Valley State, leading the team to the playoffs every season and leaving as Saginaw’s all-time leader in passing yards, completions, and passing touchdowns. Upon college graduation, LaFleur started his coaching career at Saginaw Valley as an offensive assistant and then at Central Michigan, where he met his wife BreAnne. He began his NFL coaching career with the Houston Texans as an offensive assistant in 2008 before going on to coach for the Commanders, Falcons, Rams, Titans and lastly Packers. Before joining Green Bay, LaFleur led a Titans offense that ranked 7th in the NFL in rushing (2018) and a Rams team that doubled their scoring, won seven more games, and saw Todd Gurley win AP Offensive Player of the Year with 2,000+ all purpose yards (2017).

At 40-years old, Jonathan Gannon was named Arizona's head coach in February 2023 . Gannon joined the Cardinals after spending two seasons (2021-22) as the defensive coordinator with the Philadelphia Eagles. A Cleveland, OH native, Gannon has 15 years of experience in the NFL with the Eagles (2021-22), Colts (2018- 20), Vikings (2014-17), Titans (2012-13), Rams (2009-11) and Falcons (2007). Under Gannon, the Eagles boasted a top-10 defense in his last two seasons with the team, ranking 2nd in total defense in 2022 (301.5 ypg) and 10th in the NFL in 2021 (328.8 ypg). Between 2021-22, the Eagles defense led the NFL with 99 sacks, ranked 3rd in total defense (315.1 ypg), 3rd in pass defense (200.4 ypg), 6th in tackles for loss (168), tied for 4th in total return TDs (7) and interception return TDs (4) and tied for 10th in interceptions (29). Gannon has coached with three different NFL teams (Eagles, Colts, Vikings) who have combined for six playoff berths in eight seasons. The man everyone calls "J.G." has surrounded himself with believers, and he wants nothing to do with low expectations – "Our sole focus is to win football games," said Gannon. Colin O'Brady is a professional endurance athlete who has achieved four world records. He grew up exploring the mountains of the Pacific Northwest and cultivated a passion for adventure in the outdoors. His success swimming in Oregon led him to Yale University. After years as a professional triathlete, he returned to his first love - the mountains. In 2016 Colin conquered the speed records for the Explorers Grand Slam and Seven Summits, a global mountaineering challenge to climb the tallest mountain on every continent including Mt. Everest and ski to the North and South Poles. In 2018 Colin shattered the speed record for the 50 High Points Challenge when he summited the highest point in each of the 50 states in just 21 days. On December 26, 2018 he became the first person to cross the landmass of Antarctica solo, unaided by kites or resupplies. He accomplished the feat in 54 days, covering more than 930 miles along the way, including more than 77 miles in the final 32-hour window where he went without sleep. Throughout the nearly two-month journey, O’Brady never took a full day off.
