As the first female president of a professional sports franchise, Susan O’Malley, the former president of Washington Sports and Entertainment, is a pioneer in sports and business. Under her guidance, her company improved its bottom line, as well as its winning percentage, and the Washington Wizards experienced the largest ticket revenue increase and the highest renewal rate in the history of an NBA franchise to date. O’Malley’s illustrious career also included the creation of the MCI Center, which helped revitalize downtown DC. She addresses management, leadership, and marketing.

Adam von Gootkin is a globally recognized innovator and risk-taker who has revolutionized the spirits industry with his unique approach to traditional business principles. Milt Lowder, Ph.D. is the Founder and CEO of Amplos, a performance psychology practice whose primary focus is to enhance and optimize people, teams, and organizations. Dr. Lowder, a 1994 graduate of Clemson University, completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of Kentucky. Since 2005, he has also served as the Sport Psychologist for the Clemson University Athletic Department, where he works with student-athletes, teams, and coaches to improve their performance and help them be their best, on and off the field. He primarily works with Football, Men's Basketball, Men's Soccer, and Men's golf and has created a monthly Leadership Academy for all of the Head Coaches.
