As the first female president of a professional sports franchise, Susan O’Malley, the former president of Washington Sports and Entertainment, is a pioneer in sports and business. Under her guidance, her company improved its bottom line, as well as its winning percentage, and the Washington Wizards experienced the largest ticket revenue increase and the highest renewal rate in the history of an NBA franchise to date. O’Malley’s illustrious career also included the creation of the MCI Center, which helped revitalize downtown DC. She addresses management, leadership, and marketing.

Known as the Iron Cowboy, James is an endurance athlete who has breaking records for years. In 2012, he completed 30 Ironman triathlons (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run) in one year. No one had ever done anything close to this. In 2017, he did the unimaginable, completing 50 Ironman triathlons in 50 consecutive days in 50 different states, all while raising money to reduce childhood obesity. It was an amazing physical feat, an astounding logistics challenge and fair bit of chaos, all at the same time. In 2021, he pushed further, a lot further, beyond what doctors and physiologists thought was humanly possible, and completed the CONQUER 100…100 Ironman distance triathlons in 100 consecutive days, this time raising money to combat sex trafficking. That’s 140.6 miles per day, every day, for 14 straight weeks, for a total of 14,060 miles!

Milt Lowder, Ph.D. is the Founder and CEO of Amplos, a performance psychology practice whose primary focus is to enhance and optimize people, teams, and organizations. Dr. Lowder, a 1994 graduate of Clemson University, completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of Kentucky. Since 2005, he has also served as the Sport Psychologist for the Clemson University Athletic Department, where he works with student-athletes, teams, and coaches to improve their performance and help them be their best, on and off the field. He primarily works with Football, Men's Basketball, Men's Soccer, and Men's golf and has created a monthly Leadership Academy for all of the Head Coaches.
