One of the most respected players to ever play the game of football, and a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2021, John Lynch is in his sixth season as the San Francisco 49ers General Manager following a 15-year playing career and more than eight seasons as an NFL analyst. After graduating from Stanford, Lynch was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 1993 NFL Draft. Lynch played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1993 to 2003 where he was a key player in their dominant defense, helping them win Super Bowl XXXVII in 2002. He was selected to the Pro Bowl nine times and was named an All-Pro twice during his career. After retiring as a player, Lynch transitioned into a career in broadcasting. He worked as a commentator for Fox Sports, providing color commentary for NFL games. In 2017, Lynch was hired as the General Manager of the San Francisco 49ers. As the general manager of the 49ers, Lynch has been credited with helping to rebuild the team and leading them to success. Jim Harbaugh was named the Los Angeles Chargers head coach on January 24, 2024. Jim Harbaugh has been the head coach of the University of Michigan football team for nine seasons. He was named the 20th coach in Michigan football history in 2014 and is the sixth former Michigan football player to be named the leader of college football's winningest program. Harbaugh is a National Champion, leading Michigan to the 2023 CFP and defeating Washington in the National Championship game.
