Frank M. Ahearn is a privacy expert and works with people who have extreme privacy issues. Those issues include teaching people how to disappear.  His background is that of a skip tracer ( which locates people) who hunted people in all parts of the world. He accomplished establishing this career by creating pretext (lying) and utilizing social engineering (human manipulation).

He is the author of The New York Times bestseller, How to Disappear: Erase Your Digital Footprint, Leave False Trails, And Vanish Without A Trace and other key privacy books.

Ahearn has spoken at organizations like, Arvato, Huz, IOD, Paper Jam Club, 2b AHEAD Think Tank, Princeton University, Lehigh University. He has also worked and spoken with a number of writing organization including the Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime.
