Javier Bajer is best defined as a cultural architect. He helps businesses and governments build the cultures they need to achieve their purpose.
Founding CEO of The Talent Foundation and former Executive at Accenture in London, Bajer has helped many global organisations exceed their business objectives through the transformation of their cultures. He has been instrumental in the success of some of the world’s largest mergers.
His talent is to take a company’s ‘good intentions’, often found in values and mission statements, and turn them into sustainable habits across the organisation in months, not years.
Bajer’s passionate style combines humour and high team interaction with the introduction of new ways of thinking, concluding always in a bold call to action. His sessions help participants challenge the barriers they experience when facing change, whether individual or collective. Within minutes, participants begin to apply some of the new distinctions and tools, starting to create value in their everyday environments, well after the session.
He frequently addresses international conferences on leadership and culture and collaborates with the media through a variety of channels. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Strategic HR Review.
Bajer currently advises a wide-range of institutions and organisations: from HSBC to Buckingham Palace. He is an active fellow of the RSA and a Professor of Culture Change at Business Schools in Europe and America.
Bajer holds a PhD in Behavioural Change and an MSc in Neurosciences.
