Vernice "FlyGirl" Armour is a former United States Marine Corps officer who was the first African American female naval aviator in the Marine Corps and the first African American female combat pilot in the US Armed Forces. She created a “Zero to Breakthrough Mentality” to ensure success in business and in life and is the author of the book, Zero to Breakthrough: The 7-Step, Battle-Tested Method for Accomplishing Goals that Matter. Frequently appearing on Oprah Winfrey, CNN, Tavis Smiley, and NPR among other outlets, Vernice's fresh style and presentation methods have inspired, motivated, and energized hundreds of organizations and individuals to see obstacles as opportunities and conquer them at full speed.
