Rachel Baker works in the London office of Leading Authorities International Ltd and has a mixed role – part logistics, part speaker research and part sales. What Rachel loves about the job is the ever changing nature of the events, requirements and assisting clients to get the best speaker for their event.

Rachel studied Sociology and Criminology at Newcastle University. Before joining LAI, she has worked in events for nearly 17 years. She has managed a wide variety from small seminars, large conferences to huge award ceremonies. She has produced and managed a number of high profile events which have included David Cameron, Tony Blair and HRH Prince of Wales as speakers.

She is married to a Kiwi (New Zealander) and has two young children who keep her very busy.
