Even worse, only 5% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women, only 7% of top executives in Fortune 100 companies are women, and only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanprogress.org\/issues\/women\/reports\/2018\/11\/20\/461273\/womens-leadership-gap-2\/#:~:text=Women%20are%20just%205%20percent,of%206%20percent%20in%202017.&amp;text=Women%20are%20only%207%20percent,in%20the%20Fortune%20100%20companies.&amp;text=Women%20occupy%20only%2010%20percent,positions%20in%20S%26P%201500%20companies.&amp;text=They%20hold%20just%2019%20percent%20of%20S%26P%201500%20board%20seats.\">10% of top management positions<\/a> in S&amp;P 1500 companies are held by women.<\/p>\n<p>However, when a woman does defy these odds set by society and achieves a leadership role within her organization, her accomplishments are remarkable. And when these female leaders become female keynote speakers or women leadership speakers, we can learn a lot from them.<\/p>\n<p>But what exactly makes a great female speaker on leadership? They are 3 steps ahead of their competitors and are able to adapt to any situation.
