Scott Klososky is a technology entrepreneur, author, and strategist who helps leaders understand how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies will reshape their organizations, industries, and workforce. As the founder of Future Point of View, he works with executives to anticipate technological disruption and develop strategies around AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, data, and the evolving relationship between humans and technology. His perspective is grounded in decades spent not only studying technology, but building businesses around it.
\nKlososky has launched and led multiple successful technology companies. He built his first company into a nationwide computer sales operation before selling it, later founded web development company Alkami, and served as CEO of Webcasts.com, which was sold for approximately $115 million. Those experiences give him a firsthand understanding of what happens when emerging technology collides with established business models and leaders must decide whether to adapt, innovate, or risk being left behind.
\nOn stage, Klososky translates rapidly evolving technologies into practical business implications. He explores how generative AI and automation will change jobs, leadership, customer relationships, productivity, and competitive advantage while addressing the risks that accompany greater technological dependence. Rather than focusing on technology for its own sake, he helps leaders identify what matters now, what is coming next, and how to prepare their people and organizations to thrive through accelerating change.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
