Named one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential People in AI, Clara Shih is Senior Advisor, Founder, and Former Head of the Business AI Group at Meta, where she led the development, launch, and monetization of Meta’s Business AI offerings for 200M businesses worldwide. Previously, Clara was CEO of Salesforce AI, where she founded and led Agentforce to become Salesforce’s fastest-growing product line in company history, and led applied AI research. Prior to that, Clara was founder, Chairman, and CEO of Hearsay Systems (now part of NASDAQ:YEXT), a global SaaS technology firm. <\/p>\n
Clara serves on the board of directors of Hubspot (NYSE:HUBS) and previously served on the Starbucks board from 2011 to 2023. Clara is an advisor and investor in AI startups including Perplexity, Bardeen, and Qodo.
