Neal Ardley has spent 35 years in professional football, as a player, a first-team manager at AFC Wimbledon, Notts County and Solihull Moors, and an Academy Manager at Cardiff City. He holds a UEFA Pro Licence and a postgraduate diploma in Global Football Directorship.

He now translates two decades of building teams under real pressure into keynotes, workshops and culture consultation for organisations who want their people to feel like they matter, not just perform like they do.

Neal was invited by Professor Moorad Choudhry to write the foreword to his book on banking, covering leadership and team-building lessons from football, and his leadership philosophy has been referenced in a CNBC piece on leadership lessons from the world of sport.

His keynote leaves audiences with a practical, memorable framework and a genuine, no-platitudes account of what it actually takes to build a team people love working in.
