As the Director of Business Development, Events, and Advertising, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of products including advertising and event sponsorships to meet your sales goals. Sales portfolio includes an award-winning print publication and online presence, frequently sold-out events - virtual and in-person - as well as an extensive portfolio of products and services.
You'll be a critical member of the team and be responsible for maintaining and creating valuable partnerships within the association community, and as a rapidly growing company, you will have the opportunity to create new revenue streams and grow existing products within the robust portfolio of marketing solutions offered by CEO Update and its parent company Leading Authorities.

CREATIVE DESIGN AND VIDEO INTERN
Leading Authorities, Inc. is seeking a creative graphics and video intern to support our marketing department. If you are interested in sharpening your creative multimedia production skills in a real-time marketing environment where you’ll quickly learn a wide range of marketing skills, as well as enhance your design experience by creating engaging content from graphics to videos, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. This internship is for Spring 2021. We are looking for candidates who have experience creating dynamic graphic and video content and can work virtually during Eastern Standard Time hours (8:30am to 5:00pm). Art majors are encouraged to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Director, Marketing Events; Marketing Content Manager; and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Creative Services on assigned projects
- Assist in the design of marketing materials
- Create graphics for social media, event materials, and miscellaneous projects
- Create and edit videos for internal and external use
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Junior or Senior college student
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Pro and Final Cut
- Flexibility to work at least 3 days a week
- Positive attitude and dependability
- Solid attention to detail, creativity, and computer skills
Semester long internship will be virtual. Candidate must have a computer.
