Internal = External | James Watt | TEDxGlasgow
About this video
Speaker PageShare Video
In his talk, James will explore how it is possible to foster a disruptive company culture, drawing upon his experiences from founding and growing BrewDog, one of the world’s leading craft drink businesses. He will discuss how the best businesses are the ones which realise that the old internal-external divide no longer exists; and the even better businesses are the ones which are able to advantage of this. Prior to founding BrewDog, James Watt was a fully qualified deep sea Captain, having earlier completed an honours degree in Law & Economics. He traded in being a salty sea dog to pursue his passion for great craft beer by setting up BrewDog in 2007 with Martin Dickie. A multiple award-winner James received the title of Great British Entrepreneur of the Year for 2014/15 and was Europe’s first Master Cicerone.
