When it comes to the speaker business, Amaron really focuses on understanding what her clients need to make their events successful and memorable. She starts with thorough chats to get a feel for their goals, audience, and what they want to achieve. Then, she suggests speakers that fit perfectly with their vision. She keeps the communication lines open, takes in their feedback, and stays flexible to adapt to any changes. She also does a lot of research and follow up after the event to see what worked and what could be improved. Her goal is always to create experiences that truly resonate with the audience and make her clients happy.

Prior to Leading Authorities, Amaron spent three years as event planner at Design Cuisine, Washington D.C.’s premier catering company, then went onto work with the Great American Restaurant Group where she was the EA to the Chief People Officer, Design and Construction. Since 2016, she has been with Leading Authorities in the Washington, D.C. office, initially as an event manager, now as a program consultant.

Growing up she spent time between D.C. and Ann Arbor, MI then went on to graduate from Lynchburg University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for her family, taking long walks with her puppies, listening to podcasts, hosting parties, and attending local events.
