Marketing Operations Manager

Hanh Nguyen is the Marketing Operations Manager, tackling lead generation, designing analytics for business decision-making, and optimizing cross-departmental collaboration. Prior to joining LAI, Hanh navigated a diverse career path at Emerson Ecologics, Smith & Nephew, Enterprise Bank, J. Crew, and the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network. Her passion for civic engagement and storytelling as a tool to advocate for low-income youth led her to Bentley University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Media Arts & Society.

Outside of work, Hanh enjoys canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
