Her achievements as the former global head of insights for brand, reputation, and emerging experiences at Netflix; head of research at Twitter; and head of insights and analytics for Colgate-Palmolive’s Africa Eurasia Division truly set her apart. Nikkia was instrumental in helping Netflix define its first-ever brand promise, fostering a safer organizational culture at Twitter during the tumultuous pandemic years and the 2020 U.S. election cycle, and developing innovative oral care solutions for consumers in Sub-Saharan Africa at Colgate. She has consistently grown high-performing, emotionally intelligent teams and was the first to launch an online marketplace for Trinidad Carnival costumes. 

Nikkia advises businesses of all sizes on leveraging research, data, and insights for disruptive innovation and brand building. She also mentors talent at all levels, sharing her wisdom on navigating corporate culture through her podcast Culture Unfit and her speaking engagements. 

Nikkia is a member of the WIE Suite and consults with startups and small to medium-sized businesses. She holds a B.S. in international business from Barry University and an MBA in marketing from Baruch College. She resides in Brooklyn, New York, with her partner and two daughters.
