Chip Eichelberger, CSP will be THE energy source for your event! Formerly Tony Robbins international point man, Chip is a proven pro that will do the homework necessary to customize his message with your theme and business model. He specializes in customized, high energy, engaging, humorous and interactive opening, after meal and closing presentations. Watch his demo and other videos on this page to see this quickly!

Chip is consistently told by meeting planners that most speakers were a “rental” and that he was a partner in making their event a success. We have booked him consistently with great success because he will make you and us look good for choosing him. Chip always prepares, speaking to key employees, researching your company, industry and market place so his material is relevant and reinforces your conference message.

Chip graduated from the University of Oregon and began his career as a sales rep for Jantzen Sportswear. After being let go due to a company buyout, his career took an exciting turn. He went to work with the world renowned Tony Robbins in San Diego where things really took off, winning Sales Leader of the Year twice. He hired, trained and led sales teams around the U.S. and became Robbins’ international point man planting the flag for Tony in Australia and the UK.

The last and maybe the most important impression at your event is your closing session. There must be energy and a call to action! Many conventions fizzle out at the end; do not let that happen! Chip will tie everything together and send the audience home Switched On!

Chip Eichelberger believes audiences are craving engagement, not another speech. After five years as international point man for the world-renowned business leader, Tony Robbins, Chip launched his own career, and has since spoken at over 1,300 events for companies and associations throughout the US, UK, and Australia. This immersive experience sharpened his skills and created a unique style. It is high-energy, humorous, and persuasive and gets results. Chip promises to be the energy source at your event.

Chip Eichelberger's high-energy, interactive sessions go far beyond traditional one-way keynotes where the audience sits and listens. One of his best clients called him an Audience Arsonist because he sets a fire under the seat of every audience member to ignite change for a remarkable transformative experience.

Participants are highly engaged, addressing tough questions as well as engaging each other to share their answers. Chip persuades people to honestly evaluate what they are currently doing, see new possibilities and take action to achieve new levels of success. Audiences are truly inspired, challenged and entertained. Watch his demo video and review his testimonials to see why meeting planners have trusted Chip to hit a home run for 20 years.

Chip does his homework to tailor the message for every meeting or conference to ensure the material is relevant. He also provides a customized handout to keep the audience involved and make the message “sticky”; something few speakers do. Whether you choose him to start your meeting with a highly energizing, top-notch program or end with an enthusiastic and memorable finale, you’ll get rave reviews and accolades for a program that impacts the year to come.

Before delivering a keynote presentation, Chip will do his homework on your organization and industry, conduct phone interviews to gather information about the program and the audience, and customize his keynote presentation message to help ensure his presentation is memorable and his message sticks with the audience. He will work hard to make you look like a genius as the decision maker who hired him.

He specializes in high-energy, interactive, and customized opening presentations, as well as after-meal and closing presentations. Chip is consistently told by the organizations that hire him to speak that most speakers were a "rental" and that he was a true partner in making their event such a success!

As one of the top motivational keynote speakers on the circuit today, he has delivered over 1,000+ successful events for major corporations and big brand clients, such as Genentech, Ford, Hyatt, AXA, Harley Davidson Motor Company, Proctor & Gamble, Exxon, State Farm, Dun & Bradstreet, RE/MAX, Wells Fargo, NADA, PMI, M&T Bank, Campbell’s Soup Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield, University of Michigan, American Dental Association, DOW, Great Clips, True Value, Smoothie King, Genworth, and over 100 different and diverse associations.

Outstanding AchievementsRanked as a "Top 5 Speaker" by for the past three years, Chip has also been awarded the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional designation by the National Speakers Association (NSA), held by only 7% of all NSA members. He was chosen as the closing speaker for his NSA peers at the prestigious CSP/CPAE Summit in January, 2015.

Chip has a number of audio and video products, including Get Switched On! and Gaining the Edge. He co-wrote the book, 10 Secrets of Marketing Success: How to Jump-Start Your Marketing, and his new book with Jeff Davidson - The Smart Guide to Accomplishing Your Goals.

He has created numerous audio, video, and printed products and has written books. His newest book is called, The Smart Guide To Accomplishing Your Goals.

Chip will set the tone for the day at your opening session. His energy, spirit of interaction, and engagement will energize the vitality of the entire day. After lunch or after dinner are both crucial times to energize and engage the audience for the rest of the day or before your awards ceremony or your rewards and recognition ceremony, and Chip has experience speaking during those slower and low-energy spots throughout meetings or events.

The last and maybe the most important impression at your event is your closing session. There must be energy and a solid, relevant call to action for the audience to take away with them. Many conventions fizzle out at the end, but thankfully Chip is famous for his closing team building activity, which is known as The Board Break Experience—Breaking Barriers program.

Chip is passionate about delivering a "sticky and interactive" experience that grabs the attention of the audience immediately and engages them to not just talk about change but to be committed to it once they leave the event.

Chip lives in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is married to Miryana and the proud father of Madison, Davis and Lucas. He’s an avid golfer, caddie for his sons, fan in the stands, a difference maker in the community, as well as a voracious reader who also enjoys dancing.
