Leading Authorities, Inc., one of North America's most prominent lecture agencies, has opened a new office in Chicago and named Ned Jovanovich Vice President of Midwest Operations.
Ned brings more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Leading Authorities, Inc. As Vice President he will be responsible for leading sales and marketing, including heading all events that will take place in the Midwest.
Leading Authorities offers clients full-service event management, video production, logistics, entertainment procurement and marketing communications services. From pre-event promotion to the actual staging of events, Leading Authorities provides innovative solutions for maximum effect.

Ned began his work in the hotel industry with the Hilton corporation, having served as a corporate account executive and convention sales manager. He finished his tenure in the hospitality business at the Marriott corporation in Chicago. Among his accomplishments are achieving nearly 30% capital growth totaling almost $20 million, improving the Courtyard Chicago hotel ranking from fifth to second, and formulating and executing strategies that enhanced production through all Marriott sales engines.
