With more than a decade working at the heart of the technology industry, Dex Hunter-Torricke has managed communications for some of the most-influential and admired Silicon Valley leaders and corporations of our day. From 2012-2016, he led the executive communications team at Facebook and served as personal speechwriter for Mark Zuckerberg. He then went on to join SpaceX as senior director of communications. He later served as the VP Global Communications & Public Engagement for the Oversight Board for Meta, the independent body that makes decisions on Facebook and Instagram’s most challenging content issues. He is author of the bestselling book "Undisruptable: A Mindset of Permanent Reinvention for Individuals, Organisations and Life" which includes a Foreword by Visa founder Dee Hock. Aidan’s presentation is visual, story rich and full of interesting analogies to bring concepts to life. Aidan is a Change Consultant, Board Director and Executive Coach. He works with organisational teams to improve how they engage and innovate. He is a champion for change and has reinvented in his own career after rugby. Aidan worked in transformation for digital, innovation and now culture and leadership.

Dhiraj is a Co-Founder of Shazam, the mobile music recognition company (acquired by Apple in 2018). He was named one of Europe’s Top 50 technology entrepreneurs by the Financial Times in 2015. In the course of his career, Dhiraj has served in senior roles in media & entertainment, digital business consulting and the charity sector with Save the Children. Dhiraj is now focused on innovating for impact, supporting “Tech for Good” start-ups, particularly in climate tech. He has invested in several women and minority-led start-ups, and believes in the power of young people as the change-makers of the future.
