Ranjay Gulati is the Paul R. Lawrence MBA Class of 1942 Professor and the former Unit Head of the Organizational Behavior Unit at Harvard Business School. Until recently, he chaired the Advanced Management Program, the flagship senior leader executive program, at the school. Professor Gulati studies how “resilient” organizations—those that prosper both in good times and bad—drive growth and profitability.

Betsy Myers is currently the founding director of the Center for Women and Business at Bentley University. A leadership expert and author, she speaks around the world on the changing nature of leadership and women's leadership. Her book Take the Lead, Motivate, Inspire, and Bring Out the Best in Yourself and Everyone Around You, was released in September 2011. Myers experience spans the corporate, political and higher education arena. She was the executive director of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government from 2003-2007. A senior adviser to two U.S. presidents, Myers was most recently the COO and chair of Women for President Obama’s 2008 national presidential campaign. During the Clinton Administration, Myers launched and was the first director of the White House Office for Women's Initiatives and Outreach. She also served as the director of the Office of Women's Business Ownership at the SBA. She currently lives in Boston with her husband and young daughter.

Dr. Lindsay M. Chervinsky is a presidential historian and expert in the cabinet, presidential history, and U.S. government institutions. She is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Presidential History and she teaches on the American Presidency at the School of Media and Public Affairs at George Washington University. She is the author of the award-winning The Cabinet: George Washington and the Creation of an American Institution, which was published by Harvard University Press in April 2020. Chervinsky has been published in the Washington Post, TIME, American Heritage, USA Today, The Hill, CNN.com, and numerous others; Her new book, An Honest Man: The Inimitable Presidency of John Adams will be published by Oxford University Press in 2024.

Barry P. Chaiken, MD, MPH has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare information technology, clinical transformation, and business intelligence. Dr. Chaiken is the author of the recently released Navigating the Code: How Technology Transforms the Patient-Physician Journey, a groundbreaking book on healthcare information technology and its potential impact on quality, access, and cost of care. He currently serves as President of DocsNetwork Ltd. and previously worked with the National Institutes of Health, UK National Health Service, McKesson, Infor, and Salesforce/Tableau. He has served as guest lecturer and consultant on topics including patient safety, clinician adoption of information technology, quality improvement, and managed care. Dr. Chaiken is board certified in General Preventive Medicine and Public Health as well as Health Care Quality Management. He is also an Overseas Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Lisa Gable is a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author of the award-winning book, Turnaround: How to Change Course When Things are Going South, and is recognized worldwide as a turnaround mastermind. As CEO of several organizations, and as a former Presidential appointee, US Ambassador, UN Delegate, and advisor to Fortune 500 companies, Lisa has orchestrated and executed the successful turnarounds of well-known private and public organizations in all industries and sectors. Lisa most recently served as the CEO of FARE, the world’s largest funder of food allergy research. In 2004, she was appointed by President George W. Bush as the first woman in World’s Fair’s 150-year history to direct the U.S. Pavilion, a 100 percent non-federally funded $33.7 million operation with more than 70 employees. She held personal rank of Ambassador.

Harry Kraemer, Jr. is professor of management and strategy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches in the MBA and the Executive MBA programs. Additionally, he is an executive partner with Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP), one of the largest private equity firms in the United States where he consults with CEOs and other senior executives of companies in MDP’s extensive portfolio. Harry is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Baxter International Inc., a multi-billion-dollar global healthcare company. He was voted by the students at Kellogg as the Professor of the Year in 2008 and was a finalist for the award in 2014.

As the president and CEO of Newman's Own Foundation, Alex Amouyel leads the organization on its mission to nourish and transform the lives of children who face adversity. Previously, Amouyel served as the founding executive director of MIT Solve, where she oversaw a community of leaders across multiple industries who are committed to discovering and promoting innovative solutions to practical challenges through open innovation. Before that, Alex served as the Director of Program at the Clinton Global Initiative, where she was responsible for organizing the Annual Meeting's content. Her previous professional experience includes working for Save the Children International in locations such as London, Asia, the Middle East, and Haiti, as well as at the Boston Consulting Group. Alex earned a dual master's degree from Sciences Po in Paris and the London School of Economics, as well as a bachelor's degree from Trinity College, Cambridge.
