Dan Cnossen is a Paralympic biathlete, cross-country skier, and former Navy SEAL platoon commander. In the fall of 2003, Dan became one of only 16 members from his Naval Academy class to enter the Navy SEAL program. Over the next six years, Dan was deployed multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan and rose in rank to become the officer-in-charge of an 18-man SEAL platoon. In 2009, while serving in an area of heavy combat in Afghanistan, Dan stepped on an IED, losing both legs in the blast. He would later be awarded a Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor. For the next two years Dan fought for his life, enduring over 40 different surgeries, while readjusting to civilian life. It was during this time, as part of his rehab, that he was introduced to the sports of cross-country skiing and biathlon. Never one to shy from a challenge, he eventually earned a spot on the 2014 U.S. Paralympic Team. In 2015, Dan returned to graduate school, earning two degrees from Harvard University. At the 2018 Paralympic Games, Dan stole the show, remarkably winning one gold, four silver, and one bronze medal over a period of eight days and earning the honor of Best Male Athlete of The Games.

Harry Kraemer, Jr. is professor of management and strategy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches in the MBA and the Executive MBA programs. Additionally, he is an executive partner with Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP), one of the largest private equity firms in the United States where he consults with CEOs and other senior executives of companies in MDP’s extensive portfolio. Harry is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Baxter International Inc., a multi-billion-dollar global healthcare company. He was voted by the students at Kellogg as the Professor of the Year in 2008 and was a finalist for the award in 2014.

Milt Lowder, Ph.D. is the Founder and CEO of Amplos, a performance psychology practice whose primary focus is to enhance and optimize people, teams, and organizations. Dr. Lowder, a 1994 graduate of Clemson University, completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of Kentucky. Since 2005, he has also served as the Sport Psychologist for the Clemson University Athletic Department, where he works with student-athletes, teams, and coaches to improve their performance and help them be their best, on and off the field. He primarily works with Football, Men's Basketball, Men's Soccer, and Men's golf and has created a monthly Leadership Academy for all of the Head Coaches. Dr. Brannon is a performance psychologist and serves as a partner with AMPLOS. Dr. Brannon completed his psychology doctoral training the University of Georgia, while focusing on a dual track of counseling and sport/performance psychology. In his role at AMPLOS, Dr. Brannon provides performance psychology and consulting services in the areas of performance enhancement, leadership development, culture assessment, and keynote addresses. In addition, he serves as the Consulting Sport Psychologist to University of Georgia Football. In the corporate setting, Dr. Brannon has worked with executive leaders and professionals in industries including healthcare, law, pharmaceutical, finance, medical device, and engineering. Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur began his coaching career by breaking the NFL record for most wins (39) by a new head coach in his first three seasons. LaFleur has proven his ability to build trust and unity amongst the team, which has been fundamental in the Packers’ success. On top of breaking records as a first- year head coach, he has been given tremendous praise throughout the media; ESPN broadcasters described him as the “undoubted coach of the year” in 2022 and arguably the “Packers’ Most Valuable Weapon.” Coach LaFleur has been called the glue of the Packers organization; his commitment and passion for the team is undeniable. Since stepping in as head coach, he quickly garnered full support and cooperation from former Packer’s quarterback Aaron Rodgers. His relationship with Rodgers allowed Green Bay to whole-heartedly appreciate his dedication to the team and fully embrace him as coach. LaFleur’s winning percentage of .796 has been the best in NFL history - better than both Curly Lambeau and Vince Lombardi. LaFleur was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, Michigan and played both quarterback and wide receiver at Western Michigan University before transferring ton Saginaw Valley State, leading the team to the playoffs every season and leaving as Saginaw’s all-time leader in passing yards, completions, and passing touchdowns. Upon college graduation, LaFleur started his coaching career at Saginaw Valley as an offensive assistant and then at Central Michigan, where he met his wife BreAnne. He began his NFL coaching career with the Houston Texans as an offensive assistant in 2008 before going on to coach for the Commanders, Falcons, Rams, Titans and lastly Packers. Before joining Green Bay, LaFleur led a Titans offense that ranked 7th in the NFL in rushing (2018) and a Rams team that doubled their scoring, won seven more games, and saw Todd Gurley win AP Offensive Player of the Year with 2,000+ all purpose yards (2017).

New York Jets Head Coach and the NFL’s first Muslim American head coach, Robert Saleh has been praised by Richard Sherman, former NFL cornerback, as a “great leader of men.” After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Northern Michigan, playing tight end and earning all-conference honors on the football team, Saleh entered his career as an NFL coach and exuberant leader on and off the field. Saleh is a family-oriented, highly admired father of seven children and brother to David, who was in the South Tower and escaped during the attacks on September 11th, 2001. Saleh’s first NFL break came with the Houston Texans in 2005, where he was brought in to serve as the quality-control coach for Gary Kubiak’s defense. Saleh’s enthusiasm captured the hearts of his players while his intellect won over the coaching staff, opening the doors for other NFL opportunities, which included a Super Bowl ring with the Seattle Seahawks in 2013 and a high- profile defensive coordinator position with the San Francisco 49ers; led by Saleh’s reliable defense, the storied franchise was able to make a Super Bowl run in 2019. After signing a five-year contract as head coach for the New York Jets at the start of 2021, Saleh hopes to bring greater diversity to his coaching staff and the league. Known for his high energy and hype on the sideline, Saleh’s highly respected impact on the NFL will be far greater than football.
