After graduating from Stanford, Lynch was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 1993 NFL Draft. Lynch played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1993 to 2003 where he was a key player in their dominant defense, helping them win Super Bowl XXXVII in 2002. As the general manager of the 49ers, Lynch has been credited with helping to rebuild the team and leading them to success. Under his leadership, the 49ers reached the Super Bowl in 2019 and the NFC Championship Game in 2021. He was named Executive of the Year in 2019. Off the field, Lynch is known for his philanthropy work. He and his wife Linda started the John Lynch Foundation, which is committed to inspiring young people to become leaders through scholarship, sport participation and community involvement.

Sam Rapoport is the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with the National Football League with over 19 seasons working in football. Rapoport has dedicated her career to creating innovative business models aimed at enfranchising marginalized populations in sport. With this focus, she has worked to shift and progress diversity hiring in football. Rapoport is also a retired quarterback who played in the women’s professional football league. Rapoport catalyzed a movement for women in sports by creating a new diversity platform for the NFL, that has since been replicated by other professional sports leagues. Through this effort, 190+ female coaching, scouting and operations candidates have been hired since its inception in 2017; a record number. Steve Baskis is an inspirational blind veteran and adventurer. Just eight months into his deployment to Iraq, his squad was attacked.
