Team Happy Hour, Anyone?
In the heat of the day-to-day grind, it’s easy to promote a “go-go-go” mentality. McChrystal talks about the importance of trust within a team, and explains why you should get your team out of the office for team-building exercises that promote positive inter-personal relationships. The result? A more effective team. “When you approach a problem [with trust], you do it on a different level,” McChrystal says.

Reid Wilson is the National Correspondent for The Hill and the author of a new article about the widening demographic gaps between our two political parties. It’s based on research from the Pew Research Center. A few highlights: Fifty-nine percent of millennial voters back Democrats. We’ll be watching these gaps closely as Midterms approach.
