Stoddard outlined 10 “known un-knowns” of the 2018 midterms. She discusses the 10 factors in play that will influence voters and determine the congressional make up headed into 2020. Wadhwa provides a guide to the tools we can use to regain control and what the next generation of technology will be incorporating to be more humane.
